1. Coverage
Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in fabric or stitching.
- Color fading or shrinkage within the warranty period if caused by material defects.
- Wrong logo/embroidery/print applied by Uniform House.
2. Warranty Period
- Standard uniforms: 30 days from delivery date.
- Corporate & hospital uniforms: 60 days from delivery date.
- School uniforms (bulk orders): 90 days from delivery date.
3. Exclusions (Not Covered)
- Normal wear and tear, washing damage, stains, or misuse.
- Size issues caused by incorrect measurement provided by customer.
- Alterations or modifications done by third parties.
4. Claim Process
- Register your product within 7 days of delivery using our online Warranty Registration Form.
- Provide your order number, product details, and proof of purchase.
- If a defect arises within the warranty period, contact our support team at [support@uniformhouse.com.np].
- After verification, we will either repair, replace, or exchange the product free of charge.
5. Legal Compliance
- All warranty services are subject to the Consumer Protection Act of Nepal and the E-commerce Act 2081 (2025).
- Uniform House reserves the right to deny claims that fall outside the above conditions.
