1. Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- Standard orders: 2–5 working days processing.
- Custom/bulk orders: 7–14 working days, depending on quantity & customization.
Delivery Time
- Within Nepal: 3–7 working days after dispatch.
- Remote areas: May take longer (up to 10–12 days).
Shipping Charges
- Charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and courier service.
- Free delivery may be offered on orders above a certain value (when applicable).
Order Tracking
- Once shipped, customers receive an SMS/email with tracking details.
Delays
- Uniform House is not liable for delays caused by courier services, strikes, or natural disasters, but we will assist in tracking your order.
2. Refund Policy
Eligibility
Refunds are provided when:
- Wrong product delivered (different from order).
- Product is defective (fabric issue, stitching defect).
- Order not delivered within promised timeframe.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-sized uniforms (unless defective).
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, washing, or alteration.
Process
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting [support@uniformhouse.com.np] or [phone number].
- Customers must provide order ID, photos (if defective), and invoice copy.
Refund Method & Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days once the product is received and verified.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank transfer, digital wallet, or card).
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our fault (wrong item/defect), Uniform House will bear the return shipping cost.
- If return is due to customer’s change of mind/size issue, customer will bear the shipping cost.
3. Legal Compliance (Nepal Laws)
- Refunds include the full product price plus applicable VAT/taxes as required by the E-commerce Act 2081 (2025).
- Customers have the right to return goods that do not match the description/quality advertised.
- Complaints must be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 15 days as per Consumer Protection laws of Nepal.
