Eligibility
- If goods/services delivered do not match the description, specifications, or images as provided at time of purchase, the buyer may request a return.
- Goods must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags & packaging intact.
- Customizations (e.g. logo, embroidered name) may limit return/exchange or may be non-returnable unless at fault of Uniform House.
Time Frame
- Returns/exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. (As per draft/provisional text in e-commerce law/business practice) wips.com.np+2Alpha+2
Process
- Customer must contact us via [insert email or phone] with order number, photos/details.
- We will verify condition of product. If valid, Uniform House will provide instructions for returning/exchanging the product.
Costs & Refunds
- If the error or defect is due to Uniform House (wrong item, damage, mismatch), we bear shipping cost of return.
- If return is due to buyer’s preference (size too large, etc.), customer may bear return shipping unless publicly offered “free returns”.
- Refund includes full purchase price including taxes. Alpha+1
Exclusions
- Goods that are custom-made beyond standard sizes or heavily customized per buyer specifications may be non-returnable unless defective.
- Items damaged after delivery by misuse, washing, etc., not eligible
Shipping & Refund Policy
- Shipping
- Orders processed within 2-5 working days, unless custom size or bulk order requires longer.
- Delivery time estimates clearly provided during checkout.
- Shipping Charges
- Any additional charges (shipping, handling, customs if applicable) must be disclosed in advance.
- Refunds
- If return is valid as per above, refund will be issued within 7-10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
- Refund via same mode of payment.
- Delay or Non-Delivery
- If delivery is significantly delayed beyond the timeframe promised, buyer may request cancellation and full refund.
- If wrong product delivered, buyer entitled to return and full refund.
