Order Accuracy
- Customers must provide accurate details (size, address, customization instructions). Uniform House is not liable for mistakes resulting from incorrect/incomplete info.
Payment Terms
- Clear pricing including taxes; payment via secure gateways.
Modifications & Cancellations
- If production has begun (especially for custom sizes), cancellations may not be possible.
Intellectual Property
- Uniform House retains IP rights over designs, logos, images unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
- Uniform House not responsible for delays by courier, force majeure.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Laws of Nepal apply. Any dispute to be resolved via mutual negotiation; failing that, courts in Nepal (specify district) have jurisdiction.
